Hi everyone! Here a is a pic of Darya camping out in the living room in her new tent....she just loves it and has figured out the zipper all on her own :-) We are having a blast and she is growing up quickly. She loves milk, apples, grapes and chicken nuggets and is getting into the stage where she wants to do a lot of things herself - like feeding herself, putting on her own jacket and hat and going up and down the stairs. She is still pretty small but is coming along fine and really starting to understand things we say to her...and she is starting to form words as well. She is really good with 'Dog', 'Shoes' and of course 'Mama' and 'Dada' :-)
It is coming up on 7 months since she came home. It feels like ages ago and frankly we don't even think about her as being from somewhere else - and we could not imagine what it was like before she became part of the family. She is our little angel and we are looking forward to our first Christmas together...keep posted for some more news over the holidays.
